Welcome to Cambodia, the land of Khmer temples!
After your arrival in Siem Reap, you can check into your 4-star hotel by 2:00 PM and enjoy the beautiful swimming pools. At 5:00 PM, you will attend a briefing to meet your team and equipment. Dinner will be served, and you can then choose to relax by the pool or take a tuk-tuk trip into town.
|
Important information: This first day we are not driving. If you have already been in Cambodia for a few days to explore the top 10 of the Angkor site, we can book a few additional nights at the hotel we have chosen for you. This will allow you to relax and enjoy your time in Cambodia even more.
DAY 1 | LOOP AROUND SIEM REAP | 160/180KM
After a refreshing swim or a hearty breakfast, you'll set off on your bikes for a day of exploration along the Tonle Sap river, one of the sources of the largest freshwater lake in Southeast Asia.
You will go through the Angkor National Park, home to some of the most impressive temples in the world. You'll stop at Banteay Srei, a finely carved temple known as the "Fortress of Women." Next, you'll climb to the top of Phnom Koulen, a sacred mountain that is home to a giant reclining Buddha. The climb is steep, but the views from the top are worth it. In the afternoon, you'll cool off at a waterfall in the national park. The journey finally leads us to the fantastic temple where was shot Deux Frères in 2004, Jean Jacques Annaud's film, before a return to our hotel for a well deserved rest after this rich adventure. |
|
- Included accomodation: the same comfortable resort as the first night.
- Included meals: breakfast and lunch.
- Included Khmer massage: 1h30.
Note: A well-deserved rest in the late afternoon will be necessary.
DAY 2 | SIEM REAP TO BATTAMBANG | 320KM
Well-rested, we set off on this long stretch of paved roads to Battambang, punctuated by a morning break at the temple of Banteay Chhmar and lunch in Sisophon.
We then easily reach Battambang. An international-level circus show caps off the day. The hotel with pool where we spend the night is comfortable and allows us to rejuvenate for the rest of the trip.

Note : Riding over 300km in a day day in Cambodia is quite something. Be ready by 6h00 am to start that day!
DAY 3 | BATTAMBANG TO KOH KONG | 320KM
We rise early this morning, as today's itinerary includes 320 kilometers of road, some of it on unpaved tracks.
Once we have crossed the Phnom 1500 pass, we follow the border with Thailand along the trails used by the Cambodian army. As a reward for our efforts, we reach our next stop by the Gulf of Thailand, where we will enjoy a well-deserved rest day. |
- Included accommodation: 3-star resort
- Included meals: Breakfast and lunch
DAY 4 | SOME REST AND A LOOP AROUND KOH KONG | 100KM
A walk through the mangroves, surrounded by the company of migratory birds, is surely the best way to relax.
Or, if you prefer, you can leave the river and enjoy the fresh air by the sea or visit a fishing village. There is no shortage of options to choose from.

DAY 5 | KOH KONG TO SIHANOUKVILLE | 250KM
A mountainous road, beautiful landscapes, and finally the beaches of Sihanoukville Bay reveal themselves during our next stage.
The evening can only go well from here, starting with grilled seafood by the sea at sunset.

DAY 7 | SIHANOUVKILLE TO KEP | 200KM

DAY 8 | KEP / KAMPOT VISIT | 100KM
A bit of off-road around the Secret Lake is a delight, and a lunch at the pepper plantation is a pleasure.
For the bold, we take you to Kampong Trach to visit a temple under the small limestone mountain. Before nightfall, the salt marshes are ideal for experiencing a memorable sunset. Alternatively, we can simply relax by the pool or by the sea. The choice is yours.

|
DAY 9 | KEP TO TAKEO | 170KM
Well-rested, we set off to visit the magical hill of 84,000 Buddhas. The warm weather makes us head to an artificial lake for lunch and refreshment.
We have a few kilometers left before reaching our hotel in the afternoon. There is still time to visit a mountain temple before looking for the best restaurant to taste the famous blue crayfish of Lake Takeo.
Note : Short ride with many breaks |
|
DAY 10 | TO PHNOM PENH | 200KM
A leisurely return to Phnom Penh
We wind our way back to Phnom Penh along the Mekong, taking our time to soak up the sights and sounds of the riverside villages. As we pass through each village, we see how vital it is for the people who live there to be close to the water. Children wave and smile as we ride by on our "big" motorcycles, and we can't help but smile back. In the early evening, we arrive back at our luxurious resort for a debriefing and complimentary aperitif. After a long day on the road, it's the perfect way to relax and unwind.
