RESERVATION PROCEDURE AND PAYMENT
- Once interested by our tours, you first send a message via Contact Us. After reviewing your request, we will send you information and a form via email. When this form has been duly completed and received in our electronic inbox, we will send you a personalized quote.
- The reservation of your tour is effective when you accept this estimate and attach your signature to it (we can review certain details of the estimate later, if needed).
- After signing the quote, you pay us the first agreed deposit, the amount of which generally represents 10% of the total to be paid. Ideally, this amount must be paid at least 30 days before the tour. This received, we undertake to do everything possible for your turn.
- You are responsible for booking your plane ticket, managing the administrative formalities for traveling abroad, and so on. We are responsible for managing the logistics necessary for the motorcycle trip you have booked.
- At least 15 days prior to the start of the tour, you must pay a second deposit to start the logistics of your tour (typically 70%).
- On the day before during the meeting, the balance of the tour must be paid (generally around 20% remaining to be paid in cash to avoid any transaction errors and/or payment delays)
- Our team will take care of you throughout the tour, and you'll be able to escape on the roads of Cambodia.
FINANCIAL OPERATIONS DETAILS
- We operate our financial transactions with ABA Bank Phnom Penh. Transactions must be made via SWIFT, which generates fees. We can cover part of the costs under certain conditions:
- For a group of 4 people and a tour of 5 days or more, you receive our special offer during our exchanges.
- For a single person, all costs related to the SWIFT transfer are usually your responsibility. However, in the context of certain tailor-made organized tours, these costs may be deducted from your.
- In Cambodia, we mainly use the local currency: the Riel (KHR). Dollars (USD) can also be used. Euros (EUR) can be changed at exchange offices (for large bills only). We must draw your attention to USD and EUR banknotes which must be in excellent condition. A small tear or a stroke of the pen and it is refused by the merchants. Don't worry, we give you tips for buying in Riels during your trip!

2. Cancellation/refund at the request of the customer
The reservation of a tour is effective when:
- The tour that is chosen has been specified
- The date for the tour has been determined
- Your agreement has been signed and sent to us via email
- A 10% advance is paid.
The tour payment is divided into 3 installments as follows:

The first deposit is non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days before the start date of the tour.
- 2nd deposit: A second deposit of 70% of the tour amount must be paid 14 days before the start date of the tour.
If the customer does not agree to pay this second deposit at least 14 days before the start date of the tour, the reservation is automatically canceled and the first deposit can no longer be refunded. 50% of the total payout is refunded if you cancel 15 to 8 days in advance. - 3rd and last payment: On the day before during the meeting, the remaining balance, which is 20% of the total tour payment, must be paid.
